We stand behind AuditAI. If you aren't satisfied with your first paid month, email us within 14 days of your initial charge and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 14-day window. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not prorate refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the renewal date.
If you suspect a problem, please contact us first; we'll do our best to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.
Billing and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds will appear on your statement as issued by Lemon Squeezy.
