This Privacy Policy describes how AuditAI ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and SEO audit service.
Submitted URLs. When you run an audit, we collect the URL you submitted. We fetch that page publicly (as any web crawler would) and extract publicly visible metadata (title, meta description, headings, etc.).
Account data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your name, email, and billing information. We receive a customer ID and subscription status but not your full card number.
Usage data. We log your IP address, timestamp, the URL audited, the score, and the duration of each audit. We use this to prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve the product.
Cookies. We use a session cookie to remember your UI preferences (e.g. language). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We keep usage logs (IP, URL, score, timestamp) for up to 90 days for abuse prevention and analytics. Subscription data is retained for as long as you are a customer plus seven years for tax/legal compliance.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@auditai.app. If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
We use TLS/HTTPS for all traffic. Data is stored on a single dedicated server with encrypted disks and firewall restrictions. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we do our reasonable best.
AuditAI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
