AuditAI analyzes the publicly accessible content of URLs you submit and returns an SEO score and AI-generated recommendations. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes, SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
The Service, including code, design, and copy, is owned by AuditAI. You retain all rights to URLs and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.
AI recommendations are generated by a third-party language model (Anthropic's Claude) and may contain errors. You should verify recommendations before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made solely based on AI output.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
