How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the billing period.
What is the difference between audits and AI evaluations?
An audit is the deterministic scan our engine runs against your URL — SEO, performance, accessibility, security signals — fast and free for us to run. An AI evaluation is when you click "Ask AI" on a result and our model writes you a personalized recommendation summary. AI evaluations cost real tokens, so they are metered.
What happens if I run out of AI evaluations?
On paid plans you can buy a $5 top-up for 20 extra AI evaluations, or wait for your monthly quota to reset. Audits are unaffected — they keep running deterministically.
Which AI model do I get on each tier?
Free uses a fast, lightweight model. Starter uses a smarter mid-tier model with medium reasoning. Growth uses our best model with extended thinking. We do not tie you to a specific provider — the model behind each tier can change as faster, smarter, or cheaper options ship.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy. Within 30 days of your initial purchase, we refund in full if AuditAI does not deliver value.
Do you store the sites I audit?
We keep the URL, timestamp, and final score to prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not store the full scraped HTML. See the privacy policy.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier is a permanent free trial — 25 audits and 3 AI evaluations per month, no card required. Paid plans do not have a separate trial because the Free tier already lets you evaluate the product.
