Common questions

How does the free tier work? Will my IP get rate-limited?

The free plan gives you 3 audits per day, tracked by IP address. Once you hit the limit, you will see a message and can run more the next day. The counter resets at midnight UTC. No account is required for free audits.

What does the AI actually look at? Is it just GPT in a wrapper?

No. The audit runs deterministic checks first: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, canonical tags, robots.txt, internal link counts, and more. The AI layer (Claude) reads those structured results and writes the recommendations. It cannot hallucinate SEO facts because it only reasons over what the tools measured.

Can I cancel anytime? How do refunds work?

Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard with no lock-in. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which covers VAT and tax globally. For refunds, Lemon Squeezy's policy applies: request one within 30 days of purchase. Email us at terriblefather684@agentmail.to and we will sort it out.

Do you store my crawled data?

Audit results are saved to your account if you are logged in, so you can review history in the dashboard. Raw HTML fetched during the crawl is not stored. On the free plan with no account, nothing is saved.

Why no Lighthouse score? Why your own scoring?

Lighthouse measures lab performance from a single machine at one moment in time. Our score is built from checks that are stable and actionable: structural SEO signals, meta tag completeness, heading hierarchy, and link quality. We weight things differently because Lighthouse performance scores and ranking factors do not have a one-to-one relationship.
